By using Aquaneer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Permitted use

You may use the application only for lawful business, customer management, service, maintenance, billing, and reporting activities. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

3. Prohibited activity

You must not use Aquaneer to upload malware, conduct phishing or fraud, send unsolicited bulk messages, access another user's account, interfere with the application, or violate any applicable law or third-party right.

4. Account and records

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the accuracy of records you enter. Keep independent backups of important business data and notify the administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Availability

We work to keep the application available, but maintenance, hosting issues, network failures, or events outside our control may temporarily interrupt access.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect the application, users, data, or service provider, or when these terms or applicable law are violated.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
